This popular teambuilder has typically been used by RAs during typically stressful parts of the semester; think, mid-terms or finals. Sometimes RDs use this for RA Appreciation or at the start of a semester.
Each RA is typically given a bag/box of these items with this text attached. This document features 2 copies of the text per page.
Two Hours to a Team
This group of activities is titled "Two Hours to a Team" and features an assortment of icebreakers/teambuilders to be done at the start of a group coming together. Doing activities like this would be optimal during Fall Training. I personally have not done this sequence of activities, but I found it in a file when I began working at a university.

Five Activities to a Team
This group of activities is titled "Five Activities to a Team" and features teambuilders, rather than icebreakers. These should be done after the preliminary "getting to know you" activities are complete. These activities should be done during Fall Training or early in the Fall Semester. I've done these activities with several staffs and they have been helpful in creating a cohesive team.
